To view your file details:
- Open the File Manager page. See Manage Your Files.
- Click a file name.
The File Details window displays:
The file details may include the following:
| File Name | The file name displays at the top of the File Details window. |
| Click to close the File Details window. | |
| Embed | Click to customize and share the media player for this episode. See Customize and Share the Libsyn Media Player for a Specific Episode. |
| Player | A player displays for the audio or video file, if applicable. |
| File Info | Displays the file type and size. |
| Direct Download URL | Click to copy the link for a direct download. |
| Permalink URL |
(Only displays if there is an episode for the file.) Click to copy the episode's permalink to your clipboard. See About Your Episode Details. |
| Enclosure Tag | Click to copy the enclosure tag to your clipboard if you need to include the media file in a non-Libsyn RSS feed. |
| View Episode | (Only displays if there is an episode for the file.) Click to view the Episode Details. See About Your Episode Details. |
| Convert to Episode |
(Only displays if there is no episode for a non-archived media file.) Click to convert an audio or video file to an episode. See Upload Your New Episode. |
| View Stats | Click to view statistics about how many times this file has been downloaded. |
| Download | Click to download the file. |
| Delete |
Click to delete the file. See Delete an Active File to Free up Your Monthly Storage Space. |
| Archive | Click to archive the file. See Free up Monthly Storage Space with Early Archiving. |
