You can delete media or asset files. See Delete an Active File to Free up Your Monthly Storage Space.
After you select a file for deletion, it is moved to the Files to Be Deleted section of your File Manager page, where you can recover it within 90 days.

Note You cannot preview, play, or download a deleted media file. If you delete a media file connected to a scheduled or published episode, then the episode is changed to a draft. See Save Your Episode as a Draft to Publish It Later. |
To recover deleted files:

Click Dashboard in the top of your Libsyn account to display the Dashboard page.

Find the Monthly Storage section and click Manage to open the File Manager page.
- Click the
icon at the top of the Active Files section.
- In the Files To Be Deleted table, select one or more deleted files to recover. You can filter the list using the
icon to search or
icon to filter. The
icon can be used to display only Active content. See Understand How Your Monthly Storage Works.
To select a single file, click thein the row for the active file and select Recover from the menu.
To select multiple files:
a. Click the icon.
b. Select the checkbox for one or more active files. (The checkbox in the header selects or deselects all the checkboxes at once.) c. Click the Recover button. - In the window that opens, click Recover to confirm.
The file is moved back to the Active Files table.
Note
Restoring a file does not restore its connection to an episode. To reconnect it to an episode, click the Media Library button in the Add Episode form. See Upload Your New Episode.
