View Your Episodes List

To view your Episodes list, click Episodes in the top of your Libsyn account.

The Episodes page displays. If you have previously published or scheduled episodes, you will see them listed.

You have the following options:

Total Episodes Displays the total number of episodes you have published or scheduled.
Search Enter text to search for an episode by title. The list filters as you type.
Check Mark.png Click to select episodes to bulk edit. See Bulk Edit Episodes.

Filter - You can filter the list by one of the following statuses:

  • Draft 
  • Premium (MyLibsyn episodes)
  • Published (also includes Scheduled)

Select Clear Filters to remove the filter.
image The first column displays a thumbnail image of the episode artwork.
Title The second column displays the title entered for the episode. Click on the title to view the Episode Details. See View Your Episode Details.
Date The third column displays the date the episode was scheduled to be published.
Status

The fourth column displays the episode status, which can include the following:

  • Published - The episode has been published.
  • Published Text - A text-only episode (blog post) has been published.
  • Scheduled - The episode has been scheduled to publish in the future. 
  • Draft - The episode has been saved as a draft.
Ad Count

The fifth column displays the number of automatic ads in the episode. See Manage Automatic Ad Settings for an Episode.
Edit Click Edit in the row for an episode to edit the episode. See Edit an Episode.
