A payment profile displays the plan and billing details for a particular show.
To manage your payment profiles:
- Log in to your Dashboard on Libsyn 5.
- Click the Show selector in the upper-left of your Libsyn 5 account and select the show you want to manage.
- Click the
icon and select Billing to open the Billing and Subscription page.
(Alternatively, you can click theicon to display the Settings page and then click Billing and Subscription.)
The Billing and Subscription page displays your podcast name, your plan level, next billing date, next billing amount, payment type, invoices, and any shows that have billing issues and/or are closed.
From the Billing and Subscription page, you can access:
| Payment Method | You can assign a saved payment method to the show you are accessing, and manage your account’s payment methods. See Add a Payment Method. |
| Invoices | You can view or download your show's invoices. You can also click Invoice Notes in the upper-right of the Invoices window to add notes that will appear in your invoice documents associated with this payment profile. See View Your Invoices. |
