Search Our Knowledge Base

Send Us a Help Request from Your Account
If you run into an issue, or if you want to send us feedback to request a new feature, you can conveniently send us a help request from your account. To do so:
- Click the
icon in the lower-right of your account. The Resource Center panel opens.
- Click Contact Us.
- Click Create New Ticket. The Submit a request form opens.
- Fill out all necessary fields in the form.
- Click Submit.
Our Support Team will review your help request and someone will reach out to you.

If you have any questions or concerns, you can reach out to our Support Team at the following email: support@libsyn.com. When you reach out to us, make sure to give us information about your podcast, such as your show title, so we can find your podcast and account easily.
