You can add or edit the roles and permissions for a LibsynPro user on the Manage Users page. (See Add or Edit Users for Your Pro Network.)
The user permissions are divided by Admin Role and Producer Role.

Admin Role |
Description |
| Administrator |
All Admin Role permissions are selected.

| Director |
This role is designed for users who should have the ability to manage users, shows, and episodes on the network. All Admin Role permissions are selected except Grant Admin, Modify Billing, Modify Network, and View Billing. |
| Analyst | This role is designed for users who should only have the ability to manage users and statistics for the network. Only the following Admin Role permissions are selected: Assign Users, View Campaigns, Manage Users, and View Network Stats. |
| Custom | By default, no Admin Role permissions are selected. You can select any you would like to include. |

Producer Role |

All Producer permissions are selected. |

Editor |
This role is designed for a user who can edit and release content on a network. All Producer permissions are selected except Create Shows.

Creator |
This role is designed for a user who can create and edit content but not approve it for release. Only the following Producer Role permissions are selected: Create Episodes, Edit Episodes, and View Stats. |
|
Custom |
By default, no Producer Role permissions are selected. You can select any you would like to include. |

Note Admin permissions can supersede Producer permissions. A user's permissions are determined by their highest role(s). |
